The project involves the best fashion production realities acquisition and their enhancement through a management and development strategy which encourages technical, productive, commercial and financial coordination, maximizing synergies between companies.

­­Holding Moda, as a parent company, aims to centralize coordination, administration, finance and control activities. Individual companies retain their individuality and distinctive characteristics, devoting more time and resources to their Core Business and participation in special projects.

­On the 2nd September 2020, HModa Academy first edition started as a 12-months long educational programme adopting the Dual Apprenticeship formula. The aim of the project is to develop technical-professional skills to satisfy the world of work needs.
